Thank you for choosing Eufaula Middle School. All new students and those who have been legally withdrawn from the district must complete the enrollment process. Students must live with a parent or legal guardian who is a resident of the Eufaula Public School District or obtain an approved out-of-district transfer. All student enrollment is completed online.

Items to have in hand to complete Enrollment:

• Immunization Record
• Proof of Residency (a current utility bill-water, gas or electric)
• Withdrawal Grades
• CDIB Card and/or Citizenship Card
• Parent/Guardian Driver’s License
